★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BANKRUPT BUILDER . Jhandu Company. Jhandu Management. Employees are treated Badly on Sites.7 days 365 days working with no weekly off. Employees on Sites are Exploited too much. Kaan ke kachhe MD and CMD. CHAMCHAAS are active all the time. For them Customers are Machines for Printing Currency. Fake Commitment to Customers. Not Delivering what they Commit to Customers. Just Showoff. Dhol ke Andar Pol . Naam Bade Darshan Chhote. Giving Salary in cash till date after 2 yrs of Note Bandi to 200-300 Employees. No ESI,PF etc. Overall Big Zero.
They have used DUST in place of maurang in Ratan Solitaire project, one of Slabs of Ratan Anand has been Collapsed due to poor Engineering Supervision Recently.
8000- 10000/- Salary given to Engineers and that too in cash. What more u can Expect from these Engineers.
For 100/- Rs. Affidavit, Tripartite Agreement the Staff will charge you 1200- 1500/-
For each Registery Process they will charge 10000/- to 20000/- more.
For 200/- Maps Photocopies set they will charge you 1000/- to 1200/-
Overall Lootoo Company and Staff.
Think thousand times before investing your Hard Earned Money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delayed project of this group - 'Ratan Pearls' in Greater Noida West, buyers are crying for possession. No one in Ratan pearls are proficient enough to give correct information about delivery of their flate. Be careful while investing in such project's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All RATAN PEARLS, NOIDA EXTENSION, buyer including me agree that it is our mistake to invest our hard earn money in this project... builder is highly irresponsive not showing up his face... not even replying emails.. delaying it's RATAN PEARLS project. My suggestion to all please dont invest ur money in such fraud builder. Project delivery date was Dec 2019 and it's Feb 2022 now. Due to covid many of us are facing financial crises... paying Rent n EMI all together is pain for us...wait of 3+ year is more than enough... our patience has reached its limits now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has not delivered his first project In NCR named "Ratan Pearls" ,possession date was Dec 2019 , still 40% work is pending, no response from builder.Buyers paying EMI and rent both at same time but there is no anwer from Builder, even they have not reply on mail as well , No one at site to give what is plan for possesion . Plz think twice before investing your hard earned money.
