★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today: 19-02-2021: Get your TVS bike serviced from Mr. Omji More only, He is very polite and sends pics of your vehicle after the polishing, I called at 11:30 & He came within 1 hour at my residence for bike pickup which is not expected from TVS Service center. Timely pickup and drop as promised, perfect advice to replace parts, perfect service, he even gave old parts back to the owner which previous service center did not send back. Always extra perks given by this person guaranteed. Reasonable bill amount and thank god that my previous service center did not send the rider for pickup today and I contacted nearby newly opened service center where I met Mr. Om which is perfect person who takes care of all my complains of NTORQ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not treated well it appears been there for a new purchase and none of the ACs working. Assumed it to be a one of thing but the whole shop didn’t have AC or Fan for around a week. Most of the times they don’t have new launched vehicles. Hats of to the staff for continuing to work for such a petty employer.
