★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I didn’t purchase the flat there, I visited this site when I was planning to purchase one. The flats are ok but what I liked most is the sheer size of balconies in some of the flats, specifically those balconies which are facing towards south. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Definitely recommended for those who want big flat in low budget (offcourse you will have to compromise on few things). All the amenities are kind of not maintained properly (including the municipality garden nearby).
