★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RC bafna is not Same as is usd to be... delivery is not on time...you have to call again and again for your order status..... simply saying you have to wait for 1months if you have given some order...I will suggest you have more jewellery options other than bafna now in aurangabad which are providing good service and also nice quality of gold.....I were purchasing gold from bafna from last 10 yrs but now I don't trust them... totally disappointed with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just worst is a fish market not a jewellery store. Employee's are so rude and respect for customer. Every employee ask you to go to another employee as they are super busy. This was worst jewellery store I ever been too.

There's no system. The payment counters are like a fish market. People crowding around the cashier like honey bees around a honeycomb. Then there are all restrictions on payments like a combination of online payment and cash payment is not allowed, etc. You've to add all the bank details in your net banking while jostling in the crowd. Then again wait for your turn. I wonder why would anyone go through these hastles when one is already paying lakhs to buy a few grams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I am regular customer of RC bafana ( From 25 years at Jalgaon Branch and from the begaining at Aurangabad Branch).
But now a days I observed that sales men are very very rude and not supportive at all. They behave live they don't need customer.
While puchasing pure gold ring (VAL) sales man told that making charges will be 40 rs/ per gram. but when I checked rough bill it is about 50/- rs per gram. When I ask sales man he said," There are other charges too." I ask which charges ..... then instead of explaining to me he said... "If you want, take it or leave it.... I was totally shocked on his reply...!! So I request everybody please check and understand your bill seriously.
Dear RC bafana management ... I am your regular customer and well wisher from last 25 years. Please look into service provided by your salesmen and the way... they talk with customer. Now a days service and politeness with customer is more important to survive our business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RC main base is Jalgaon...but from 2005 they open there new showroom in Jalna Road Aurangabad.
Unique design with verity of range .
Cons :
Since crowded there always rush on payment counter.
If you are doing cashless + cash it becomes headache sometimes.
Always crowded, since it's on main road so there is somewhat parking problem always there.
