★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse Organisation, Company Basic rule towards employee, if there work in pending they hire employee, once work completed, they released, they give reason highly official not happy with u,, instant they'll released, without any prior notice. Responsible persons CA Sachin Gupta and few more officials. These type of companies should be banned, they are dangerous as cancer. Bad as ever.

I would like to inform all that I had given an interview at Rathi Bar Limited for the post of store incharge on Date: 22-11-19. And after confirming by M.D. Mr. K. K. Rathi and Human Resource Mr. Pawan Pandey, my salary was decided at Rs. 33000 per month. Then I gave a joining period of 15 days. And then on the given date 09-12-2019 joined the Rathi Bar Limited main office and reported then on the instructions of M.D Mr. K.K Rathi to me on 09-12-2019, the company Manufacturing factory Rathi Bar Limited - SP1- 7 Rico Industrial Area Khushakheda Alwar Rajasthan to transferred with Mr. Nitin (Employee of Rathi Bar Ltd). And I came on duty on the given date from 10-12-19. And then on the date 11-12-2019, duty was given at the given time. But suddenly I got a notice of termination of my service from Mr. Mukesh ji from Human Resource Department sent by M.D. Rathi without any prior notice. And Mr. Mukesh ji told me that your service is being terminated on the instructions of M.D. Mr. K.K Rathi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I endorse with all because i gave interview in this company and I am selected finally for Accountant post by interviewer Manager RK Verma and CA sachin Gupta. and Verma told me that your date of joining from 10th Dec 2018 and in between your offer latter will sent by post /email before joining date. i was waiting till 9th Dec-18 for offer latter but did not get . follow up continue but no strong response finally i went to Company on 10th Dec-2018 joining date and discussed with Verma and he said no vacancy indirectly . totally time waste really such a bed company policy and very bad behavior staff
