★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter in law had cartilage tear in left knee. She was rightly advised and operated by Dr. Gaurav Rathi and is perfectly fine today. Even my old age gynac problems are treated there by Dr. Purvi Rathi. Highly satisfied personally and will recommend everyone for the husband and wife Dr team. Best of luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst doctor i have ever meet. Doctor should be their on time but he is late by half an hour i was having back pain and i was not able to seat at that time do I had taken appointment before 5 hours. So it is doctors responsibility to come on time but he was late by half an hour . The doctor only wants money he is not interested in welfare of the patient . He just treat me for 5 min and didn’t explain the diagnosis in a proper manner.
As if i am also from fitness industry i want some guidance about my exercise and all that time he just responded that I cannot diagnos anything from the x-ray do the MRI it clearly shows that doctor just want patients to spend more and more money. After doing MRI i again visit that place but he still stuck to his statement I cannot able to answer! If he is not able to answer then why i am spending the counsilling fees if he is not knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been visiting Rathi Hospital ever since its inception in 2010. Be it minor injury, question about knee replacement, osteoporosis related guidance or anything related to gynecology; our entire family and extended family have found everlasting trust in Dr. Gaurav Rathi and Dr. Purvi Rathi.
Hospital is well maintained and optimized for factors described below:
1. Efficiency:
Both Doctors are themselves truly efficient and mindful of how each and every second of time spent
a). For them,
b). For their staff and
c). As well as for their patients.
So, when you are with your doctor - talking to them in their office, you feel that you are heard, understood and validated. At the same time, while you are waiting for your turn in the waiting room with 5 patients ahead of you, you can observe that the queue is getting cleared reasonably quickly.
These 2 observations tell a lot about :
a). How fast the doctors are forming that mental connection with patients;
b). Getting down to the root cause of their complaints and
c). Their ability to come up with the right diagnosis quickly.
2. Ambience:
a). Floors are clean. If you are there around 9 in the morning, you can witness the floors getting cleaned thoroughly. For the rest of the day, every single patient is asked to remove their footwear outside. Hence, it remains reasonably clean through the day.
b). AC runs continuously which is very much needed in current heat of Ahmedabad.
3. Courteous and well behaved staff:
From the person who helps everyone with parking to front desk receptionist; From Doctor’s personal assistant to the one who helps capturing X-rays; From the person who pulls your stretcher/wheelchair to the one who helps you in your room when you are hospitalized -- Everyone is well trained in
a). Communicating in most dignified way with the patients,
b). Addressing patient’s needs above everything else.
4. Fire Safety:
And yes, during my last visit to the hospital, I was able to notice that there are signs and instructions about fire safety at all key places such as next to lift. There are maps to guide you how to evacuate safely in case of any emergency or natural disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome doctor, very very knowledgeable, very caring and a super sweet doctor.
I was facing many complexities during my pregnancy to an extent that we were not sure what could happen the next moment but it was dr. Purvi whose wit and knowledge made it possible.
She is an angel who brought happiness in my life, i don't have enough words to thank her for this. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regularly visiting Rathi Hospital for my pregnant wife. Dr Puri Rathi is very Co operative and good in nature. My wife emotionally attached with Dr Purvi Rathi due to her good patient handling capabilities and guidance for do and don't. Per visit charge is Rs 300/- to Rs400/- and everything timing for doctor visit is 6:00pm to 8:00pm from Mon to Sat. Morning timing I don't know. Well I don't know the baby delivery hospital charges etc till date. From doctor point of view my experience is awesome. Let's see how staff is supportive during delivery.
