★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant Staff.. no one gives you proper information.. i am visiting this place for last 6 months now for new Ration Card. Went today afternoon and reply was - We don't know who will do your work, Come next week on Monday. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was about to undergo bypass surgery 2 months ago, but his name in ration card was not matching with the adhar card which was causing problem during admission in the hospital. There was a slight mistake with his name in ration card. I came to ration office and informed the staff regarding my emergency. They helped me to rectify the name on the same day itself. The staff were very helpful. Thanks for your support. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like a typical govt office don't ever visit after working hours ie mon to Friday 10 to 2, after that every question goes to deaf ears no one replies.
During working hours your things would be done normally.
Adding more of my experience in 2nd visit, from 10-2 they accept the forms and from 2-5 they process it in background like paperworks, so the working time is 10-5, but you will be only entertained during 10-2.
Working style is still like old gov office, no proper instructions or notice board, no online help.
For adding name in ration card you need the original ration card, form 8(available on 3rd window after showing original ration card ) to be filled by the main member of the raition card holder with new born birth certificate, aadhar(if available), aadhar of the main member on ration card,
Should also keep aadhar ready of other members in the list to avoid being sent back,
Show all documents in window 4, who won't verify the docs but will give you no/appointment time, if you come early then you can get it done by day itself,
After getting the no on the application form go to window 2 and submit it they will accept the application along with the original ration card and give you an acknowledged slip and let you know when to come and collect back the ration card.
