People in Rashan Card office are also illiterate and have no sense to talk to people.
Babus joined the office are never on time.
When ask when he will come, git the answer he can come anytime and go anytime. There is neither fix timing of his arrival nor leaving. Not sure why govt is paying them hefty salaries.
WHY WEBSITE MENTIONED IN THE SUBJECTLINE IS DOWN ALMOST ALL THE TIME.
