★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This grocery store is in Urbtech Xaviers Society Noida sector 168. This society is very new so is the store. They have all daily groceries from milk to rice. Price is also very reasonable. On few products you will find price is less than MRP by 1 to 5 rupees.
Staff of the is very kind and educated. They will help you to find things if you can't find.
Cons is store is very small if there are more than 4 customer you will face challenge to stand in the store.
Pros is they accept payment by cards and also PAYTM but of order is more than 200 then only card or cash. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad construction quality. Poor detailing of houses. Feel sad for the people who've invested in the house/property. Check construction site pictures to see the pathetic quality of work for buildings which rise upto 19 floors! If the slabs are cast with jite/cement bags as fillers, it is definitely going to affect the building quality! Very poor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society maintainance staff is okk shops are coming slowly, amenities are less and electricity charges are much higher, facility management is not still there sales peoples are handling Facility but they were always busy due to the targets but flats quality are good spacious, nice place i will give 3 star for the society. .
