★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Enquiry desk. You have to stand in line for hours just to ask questions. Govt. officials r not helpfull at all, on top of that, they r very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officials arrive after 11 am. There aren't any staffs, even a receptionist or help desk counter to help common ppl. I was lucky coz there weren't many ppl in my line so I got my job done soon. the building, infrastructure was very good, but absolutely ill maintained. , thrash all over the building . Empty cups, food wrappers all over the corridor .Can't even call it a office.
