★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never thought I will see the place of government official like these in Vashi. You can't do any process in one day here. They act like a typical government employee like they just come to office for relax. Infrastructure is worst the place were 1bhk cost you 1cr you will also see the place like these also. The various form which should be provided free even they charge for that. I have to never visit this place again. And the form timing is 1.30 to 3.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently the official working timings are from 10am to 5.45pm, but it is open for submitting/receiving application from 10.15am to 2pm only.
This office is in a very bad condition and provides bad service. Staff is very inefficient and rude. They never properly explain the exact procedure and what all documents are needed because of which people struggle and have to visit the office multiple times. While these are very basic expectations, there is a lot of improvement scope here.
