★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a thirty year old customer with them. Was always satisfied with brothers who run the business purchased articles worth lakhs. Today however, I was surprised with their staffs behavior specialy the one sitting at dispatch counter. When I asked for a carriage bag istead of small pouch she gave my article in, she refused. When the owner too gave her permission to provide us with bag, still she was playing tantrums with another male staff of them and all this for such petty issue. I didn't thought of ever returning back to this place again. Their bahavior towards customers has definitely changed. Seems they can't digest success.
