specially mrs Puja sahay. Excellent service Nice experience.
But I m very disappointed because
I was charged more making charges. I trusted them and they cheated on me.
I talked on the phone and asked how much is the making charge of your place, then they said 13 % while I was charged 17 points zero one percent.
I hope This problem of mine will be solved....because I am your old customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after service experience… They lost there quite old customer due to there looting behaviour and fake promises.
So my gold chain got broke which I purchased from Ratnalya Jewellers may be like 1.5 years back and went for repair, a person there told me ma’am if you want it today you will be billed for it or it can be free of cost if you can collect it after a week. When I went there after a week,they told me am suppose to pay Rs.500, beacuse 0.020g of gold have been used and we are not charging any repairing charges just price of gold been used, when measured instead of weight getting increased the chain weight was still less by 0.10g suddenly they told okay pay us Rs.250 Still am figuring out how can 0.020g gold value can be 250. Then these people gave me a bill with wrong weigh Mentioned after service, when I asked the person over there Mr.Rajesh started saying our worker have told he have applied 0.020mg gold and Rs.250 is nothing for you. Like Wow!!! Forget about money they make fake bills and don’t even change it even after saying. A person at counter just said this won’t happene in next bill and handed me wrong bill only.
Worst Customer Service:
1.Fake promise of waiting for a week
2.Rs.500 became Rs.250 (are you selling a vegetable?)
3. Charged Rs. 250 for 0.02g gold which would be max Rs.100
4.Provided fake bill with wrong weight mentioned (0.03g extra weight was written)
5.No manager was there
