For a minor brake problem I had to visit the service station 8 TIMES IN LAST 5 MONTHS!
Staff is not at all experienced, service is not good, mechanics don't give proper solution to the problem!
Staff management - poor
SERVICE - very very poor

Water not available.
And tv is showing some advertisement channel, they says Remote is missing (100% lie ) also staff ignoring.
But vehicle servicing is good. thats why 2 stars

I seen many customers arguing with the Man who make servicing card the the Serving has Not Done properly the Same Problem I am facing today Also...
But I don't known whether they do the Servicing Proper or Not Same happen with Me ...
May the Ratna Prabha don't believe in service only Sale ....
For Servicing i Humbling request to go at other Place Don't Waste the Money....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought X Blade from them 6 months ago. Very bad quality service. They don't take proper care of bike when servicing and repairing. Bad attitude of employees and mechanics there.
Don't buy or service bikes from this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst servicing centre... no trained mechanics and billing system is total wrong. They ask for to pay bill amount first then they show us bill... atleast they should show us estimate bill so we can check for what they are charging for and after that we can pay bill. I request the management to look after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service, they give quotation with hidden conditions, please don't paid accessories amount to showroom. i have paid accessories amount but in accessories front guard, buzzer, not include, when i ask for these items, they said this is not include. but Arihant Honda showroom giving these items to customers. very bad service. Don't visit showroom. when i am visit showroom ask for activa they charged 1200/- for two helmets and i ask for discount they said 1200/- rs discount and we are giving helmet's for free and at the time of booking they said no helmet's only 1200/- discount. the salesman totally changed at the time of booking. so dont visit
