★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A LOUSY PLACE. VERY BAD. NEVER GO FOR IT IF YOU HAVE A SENIOR CITIZEN OR AN DIFFERENTLY ABLED PERSON AS GUEST.
Already one person has commented that the management is selfish and mean. Firstly if you want to use the lift, you have to climb stairs. it starts from the landing between ground and 1st floor. And to reach 2nd floor you have to get down at the landing of 2nd and third floor. They shall throw upon you a huge number of extra rules which they never say before booking. They shall charge you extra for even an ice-cream stall. The management and security staff are rude and mean. They never issue a money receipt and every payment has to be made in cash only. The toilets are dirty and extremely small. Kitchen is in ground floor and dining hall in the third floor. Parking is a big problem here.
The only good point is the location. Very near to Acropolis Mall.

I booked it for cousin's marriage and it had to be postponed due to the Lockdown, and it's obvious you don't even need a big venue wedding during this outbreak.
In the end, even if the event got cancelled, no refunds were given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very greedy, mean and ill mannered. It was a horrible experience. So many rules. So many hidden extra charges. The place is very small and inconvenient to use the lift. Only location is good rest everything is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good place for any type of party function or marriage. This party hall is near the Acropolis mall . in front of clean city kolkata office. Situated at the main road. This is on the third floor and fourth floor. A square hall. Kitchen is on the ground floor. Some chair and sofas here for sitting.
