★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience when I gave my tennis racket to repair. My friend had dropped the racket and I went to pick it up, but they refused to give me my own racket.
I even showed them the bill of the racket, photos of me playing with the racket. I even showed them my Driver's license. They just told me to come tomorrow, without even giving the gaurantee that they will give it to me tomorrow.
Kindly improve your system of handling repairs, use tokens or some other kind of verification instead of names, or give bills for it. Everyone does not have the time to make multiple trips to the shop and argue for over half an hour.
