★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way they treat or approach makes the visit highly unwelcomed, way they deal with the customers is absolute garbage. The lady there made assumptions of my visit - if it were a genuine visit or just to pass the time. Like wow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. He feels like this is the only one nursery here in this area. I never saw people like these having no interest in job he is doing. One day I visited there for buying some pots and mud, the lady over there was not at all interested in selling and she just saying like do you want to buy or not. She was telling high prices than in Hyderabad, when I said about this she replied like I don't know about those all, if you want to buy , just buy and leave.
Then thought atleast owner was polite and visited when he was there. He told high prices and when I gave money 200 for one plant, he took the money for another plant (which I didn't say I will buy it) as well among 200, and he was saying I don't take return once you buy?. And he was arguing that he won't give take that plant again and refused to return my money.
Note : I'm not saying this to ruin your business mr.owner. I'm saying these all to make you atleast realize how you are behavjng with your customers. Show some respect and give proper response and reply in a good manner. As I saw the previous responses from you, it can be seen how arrogant you are and doesn't care any of our reviews. Please take them in a positive manner and improve your business . Show some interest in your job and treat customers like Gods. Thank you .
