I am writing this review after almost a year of handover of my house post interior work done by Vinita ( RAVI INTERNATIONAL)
Within the first few months we have started having problems with the quality of work and it was across all types - wood work, electrical and mechanical pieces of furniture
1. The lights on false ceiling stopped working within a month and that too for all the rooms ( 3 Bedrooms, dining / living room) - such was the pathetic standard of material used that it didn't last 1 MONTH.
2. The SUNMICA of the TV unit door swelled and that too not before monsoon! ( Image attached )
3. Kitchen cabinet drawers started to open on its own as the hinges were loose and fittings not done properly as a result - my mother had to place a towel to help close it so that she doesn't hurt her foot
4. Hinges of verandah loft opened as a result door fell from top ( from a height of 8 ft.)
4. False ceiling lights stopped working with a recent one happened few weeks back. This happened for both Dining room and living room ( image attached). The most ridiculous thing on top of this was they refused to cover the warranty of the light saying that only surface lights are covered and not this though no such things were previously mentioned and in the document signed by them its mentioned that lights fall under 2 years WARRANTY!
Me and my parents have been under tons of stress and faced unnecessary problems since the day we got the house interiors done. The behavior by Vinita has been unprofessional and rude with an attitude that none of this is her fault! Upon contacting her , she either dodges my calls or pretends to be busy irrespective of time or day.
I fell in the trap because of their positive reviews on Google but now with my experience I am pretty sure they are false. To help others so that they don't go through what I am going through i have written a detailed review plus uploaded pictures to prove that i am customer who has been wronged by a shabby unprofessional work. PLEASE STAY AWAY !
I have nothing more to say. People who will read my review and also reply from the company will be SMART enough to make sensible choice!
