★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a prime residencial apartment, location E161 Ramesh Marg C Scheme Jaipur. They have the dirtiest landscape in the whole prime residencial lane. After lot of times asking to get their area clean these guys are least bothered about the cleanliness of the prime residencial lane where we live. These guys are least bothered about the cleanliness and hygiene I doubt the inner story of their residencial flats of the same location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic, people who rated them 5 are their own employees so its obvious they rate them high. Please dont get into trap, its been more than 4 years I applied for a flat I am paying my pre EMIs but still no clarity when they will give the possession.
If you looking for a flat, then first thing I would suggest is buy a land instead or always invest on reliable builders eg. Mahima group, UDC, these are reputed names and they do what they commit.
Hope this will save your hard money.
