★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had pathetic experience at this parlour. The staff is not educated. They do not even think about client's face while applying products. So you can just imagine how they handle the other body parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well known and so called salon in Panchavati. I had really worst experience there.
1. Their staff does not know how to handle the client. They are really harsh with their hands. When someone visits the salon then they are surely seeking for relaxation. But forget about relaxation in this parlour.
2. They are pathetic with the hygiene and the products they use. All the towels and the sponges smell really bad. Even the product which she used for cleanup was worst.
3. Even after telling that my skin type is dry, the lady went on rubbing the scrub on my face. Either she is not trained or may be Raveena is teaching in the same way.
4. Talking about the etiquettes. The lady was quite multitasking. Because she was operating me and at the same time she was constantly talking on phone.
