The sales lady ask in first how much money you have, after she got confidence then she negotiable amount and when are you going booking increase the amount and she very sugar talk please do not trust this lady she is playing game with costumers like us. I am thanking to God I am not booked the flat here...I requesting to all people plz don't book flat at amari either all projects of ravinanda builders...God save me and others also...plz read others review also mentioned at Facebook and Google reviews also...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ravinanda Landmarks one of the finest project in wagholi With all the amenities. I have visited there with my family for an inquiry of a 2bhk flat.
The staff is nice and they handle the customers very well.
If any one wants to get good returns then this project is a good option in Wagholi area

We are suffering from no water...and lot of other issues.
We have trusted him so much and for that trust he is providing us such bad facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Project, my flat has been delayed by 3 years and still no confirmation at all. Site representatives behave like they are doing a favor to me by picking up my call and upon asking them about deadline they just reply when we get material we will start work. It has been a very big mistake from my end that I booked a flat with this builder.
