★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services offered by this post office have been satisfactory to me.I only went here once when I had to Speed Post some documents.The talks by the employee was also very good and very polite.If we talk about cleanliness, it was also good. No dirt was visible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it is at the middle of Raxaul, raxaul police station and bank road. Beside that there is a Indian postal Atm. But it is outside the post office gate. But some pictures addressed to the location are unuseful and must be dumped in Trash. I can provide you the real details and images. After I reach the place which is around 5 km away from Birgunj Nepal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff....ravishankar Singh postman is very rude . My mom send me a speedpost from Kerala to raxaul. By the time I got it... nothing was left inside and when I enquired about it he was like if u wanna complaint you go and complaint ???
