★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell 500₹ frames for 1500₹ which break in a month and they can't do anything for it. I bought glasses for total 6000₹ which didn't even last 6 months and they keep on telling that it's our mistake. Pathetic place, there are tons of places in Surat to get good glasses at half of their prices which will help you if their glasses break.

Staff was polite and patient
We went through numerous glasses but staff was quite patient and served us with a happy face
I finally got sunglasses for my wife and she is in love with those
It was a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have prepared two expensive frames . One for myself & another for my son. Both have getting crack within short time. Frame design looks good but it's not durable. No value for money. It's basically overpriced. When we have shown frame crack problem they had tried to convince us that it's due to mishandling not due to frame quality.
Overall totally disappointment. Not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying prescription glasses for past several years from Blink and can recommend these guys, very highly. Their service is absolutely top notch. I found them very responsive and helpful as well. The collection they have is quite wide with several brands to choose from.
They maybe a bit expensive then the rest but their customer service including after sales service more then makes up for it.
