★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has a rude receptionist who will just put you off with her questioning, I called to inquire about a couple of frames and she actually asked me where did I get the model numbers from. How does that matter to you, do your job, try and close a sale on the phone, not all customers walk in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a gentleman running this shop. Had to get a Ray-Ban repaired. It was short (10 min) but painful (requires patience repairing stuff like this). But post this he absolutely refused any payment despite insistence. Rare to see such behaviour.
