I think whoever the owner is, should sit and supervise because he is losing valuable customers. And if he is was there and let this happen, then zero star.

We have been regulars at this shop, still Mrs Gayatri was unprofessional when we wanted to change an item. Limited options for exchange. We have many better places to shop ethnic wear in Baroda. Avoid this place if you want a hassle free experience.
