★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small but developing town on Mathura - Hathras road. It is well connected by train and road from Hathras to Mathura and Aligarh to Mathura. The exit and entry point of Yamuna Express to Mathura, Vrindavan is just 3 km from Raya. All kinds of shops, hospitals, schools and colleges are also here. There are many villages around Raya from where vegetables and grains, milk are supplied.
Raya is a bit congested for its population. roads are also narrow and there is no drainage system for waste water.
Despite all these problems, Raya is making steady progress and I hope It will be a beautiful town of Mathur district.
