★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. total nightmare.. never expected such rudely behaving staff.. went for a citi scan of an old patient.. they didn't agree to send email to doctor and even cheaply argued for data network costing and all. Overall very rude and indecent behaviour.. I have learnt my lesson to never visit this place again.. never ever.. even recovering patients can suffer from trauma by the behaviour of these people.. any other diagnostic here is better.. Rayland is good elsewhere but this centre is the worst I've ever seen.. they take advantage of unaware patient parties.. agencies must call this place down it is totally wasting money and trust of its customers.. it only focuses on its own profit.. and doesn't care about patients' urgency.. I am shameful to even rate a star.. this place deserves a big zero and if negative review system was there then it would get full value in that.. if you want better service and proper reports then don't visit this place ever.. it will ruin your day absolutely!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your family don't visit for any service or diagnosis at reyland. It's a racket everyone involved in this starting from management doctor pathology USG staff even security guard. Dr P K BISWAS(gynaecology) is a business man. He will offer for operation which can be simply cured by medicine. He will recommend for test before he listen to you. I faced the music played by entire dygnosis centre but lucky enough to realise early and went for second opinion at apollo clinic sodepur they saved my money and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible diagnostic centre I've come across so far.
-some staff aren't wearing mask(given the Pandemic)
-i was asked to come at a certain time then i was made to wait for more than two hours while no one could properly explain the reason for such unacceptable delay.
-the staff's behaviour is not professional.
Plenty options around, take me at my word and don't waste your time and money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the receptionists is unacceptable. They are also very careless as because when I booked an appointment for USG and X-ray on 28th of October, they wrote in their register I had booked for 29th. That case was adjusted but when I went there, they did the X-ray , and instead of telling us to wait for the USG, the receptionist told to go back and come again at 1PM. But at 1pm the doctor we expected was not on duty and the doctor who was not expected was on duty.

I was asked to come at a certain time then I was made to wait for more than four hours while no one could properly explain the reason for such unacceptable delay.The staff's behaviour is not professional and they're very rude & some of them weren't even wearing masks during this pandemic situation.
Please don't waste your time & money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst diagnostic centre in bkp area I have ever seen. I was asked to come around 1pm for endoscopy test and Dr arrived at 3pm which was not acceptable. They don't have any machinery equipments for check-up/test purpose, their Behaviour and cooperation with patient party is very bad, they must work on their time management and many other things to improve their reputation.
I would request to all not to spend and waste money, energy and their valuable time on rayland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Diagnostic center. They given us appointment for USG and refused to do USG at appointment time. The patient remove clothes and ready for USG but doctor said I have no time to do USG and refused to do USG. The center return the receipt money. I cannot understand what they arrange the appointment for USG schedule. Time is money. They waste our 1:30hour . Very very shameful
