★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thieves wearing a tie. They lie, and are malicious. They will "misplace" the cheques you deposit and then charge you interest, late payment, and taxes. They will first charge you an annual fee for your card, then "upgrade" you to a card with more fees giving you first year "free". Crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic experience that I have had with your bank when I am still facing issues due to second credit card received for no reason and unnecessarily paying for another card when both cards are linked to each other which I realized later when spoke to customer care. Such a lazy and pathetic bank who cannot take quick decision even when I mentioned that If this issue does not get resolved then I will have to take a legal action. No worries, I have decided not to make a single penny to your bank till the time this issue gets resolved. Its a big fraud, will make sure will highlight it on all social media platforms. Even your customer service is good for nothing. Will never apply any credit card from RBL bank in future. This bank is now ready to take all money out of genuine pocket for no reason. I have promised myself not to pay anymore money to this bank, do whatever you want, I will take you to court as I have all proofs.
You guys first Issue a credit card to your customers and set a wrong expectations and later give horrible surprises. Now I will show you how a genuine customer can be a horrible customer to your bank.
