★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For self check we need to give so much explanation. Even branch manager makes u move to one desk to another like government office worst experience u need to spend more than 1 Hr without any reason very bad service.compared to other bank.

You might get a call regarding personal loan if u applied . They communicate that it's been approved and ask for 2k stating the lame reason it's for ignoring the GST and insurance on Monthly Emi.
You will have to follow up several times but no response.
At last I would say Fake people with fake Bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 21st i booked a bus ticket, due to lockdown operator was refunded the amount but still not credited to my account, call not possible,hence i mailed with proof i.e., refund confirmation mail also around 20 times i asked by mail, but still they r managing and telling lies, Very Bad Service.
