★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RBI and govt has asked all the banks to provide moratorium to customers if they are unable to pay their dues on time and banks can charge some interest against the service; however, RBL has started an amazing service by their own. RBL has provided the moratorium service to the customers and charging the interest and top of that collection department is calling the customers 10-20 times a day in order to collect the money. The agents ask for the money to the customers as the customers have borrowed money from the agents not from the RBL bank. This is pure harassment that they are charging the interest for the service which is of no use and calling the customers as the customers had made their biggest mistake or let me correct myself customers had attempted a biggest crime of borrowing the money from RBL bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will regret your decision to bank with this bank. It has one of the most pathetic ethical standards, poor customer service and extremely slow response. Anyone can check with me for the proof of their unethical practices repeatedly. Such unethical banks or organizations do not survive in longer run. Please make your banking decision carefully otherwise it might turn out to be headache both mentally as well as financially. PLEASE AVOID.

Sending wrong bill with high interest rate even the card is stopped already.
Try to connect with sales person even he is not responding. I am doing mails daily to help desk but they are not contacting from last six months.
RBL Bank are fraud, don't get any credit card of this bank, they will charge on your credit card without any reason even they will promise you will give you this this offer and then they will again charge you. no reply on email/call.
