Further they have not sent Hard Copies of even FD Advices Since 1/8/20.

Vary bad experience with this ghatiya bank
they don't give benefits on credit card what they promised in written on their websites.it has been almost one month I applied for credit card cancellation. But my card never get cancelled yet. Yesterday, I dropped a mail his principal nodal officer but never get a mail reply yet.
No emails revert I appeal to all please don't go with this ghatiya bank.
One star is very high rating.Google should have the minus rating option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RBL Bank is a fraud. They are charging like anything in the credit card.and if you try to close the card.there is no way to communicate through customer care executive. They only have set of questions. No other query.i have written a mail to grievance cell. One week back but no reply as on date. Pathetic service. For reminder of your payment they will call 10 times on a day but for customers query no option to talk to customer care executive
