I applied for saving account ..
It took 10 days to open ..such a slow bank .
After opening when I went to print my passbook details they said machine not working .
Later after 1 mnt I went again ..at 3 pm ..they said the same problem with the machine .
After 5 mnts I went to close my account ..
They are telling wait for 1 year ...or you will have closing charges ...
Poor experience from private bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service. Went to Bank at 0145pm, there are 4 members staff available in Bank but they simply saying that to wait up to 3 pm. The staff not doing any work or lunch they are simply chit chatting each other. No where lunch break shown in the bank or website. I feel that the RBL Bank, Vijayawada service is worst than even Govt Banks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use RBL Creditcard, they will provide cards from Vijayawada branch but they will not close the cards.They will simply give you customer-care number. I tried no.of times to reach customer care but no proper IVR for connect me to person for asking of cancellation of card. but third party vendors will call us even for 200 or 300, every day 3 or 4 times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most irresponsible and fraud bank ever I seen. If you take any Credit card from this bank. They will charge you many services without proper intimation or response. The customer care service worst of all. The credit card and unwanted services will be auto renewed without information. Worst fraud bank ever.
