★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi we got admitted on the 1st for a Spleen surgery & hamrase features (Room no 103) RBS Hospital Dlf Phase 3...we must appreciate how nice the whole staff has been to us .
The room was spacious.
All the nurses are extremely helpful and patient.
The ward Boys are very helpful and alert.
The cleaning staff keeps coming again and again to ensure the room is spotless clean .
The security guards and the entrance guards at the ward and near the lifts are very courteous.
The food kitchen staff is very polite and helpful and nice .The dietician helped us to plan a whole diet .The main team came and checked if we had any issues or concerns. The feedback team came and checked if we had any complaints at all .And last but not the least our Surgeon Dr. avaneesh hasiza (General Surgeon) and Dr Sunil Gupta (Ortho Surgeon) who operated my Brother was very nice and Jobbar Mia....overall a very pleasant experience and we are extremely thankful for a safe stay .Keep up the good work ....Thank u again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is 0 star available then i would prefer that because this hospital is just here is dlf phase 3 to make money, they just don't even care about their patients , they won't give anything to eat to your patient just glucose and glucose , because of that patient is even unable to stand on their feet so that they can keep your patient more time in their hospital and charge you higher fees and if someone wants to shift their patient in any other hospital.
Doctor will guide you that your patient is not well he will die if you take him/her away , if still someone wants to take his patient then they will put anesthesia to your patient so that they won't even walk and you have to use their ambulance so that they can charge you even more for that
They will charge for their ambulance as well
Means around 2000 just for 2km.
So these guys are just making money , they don't even care about your patient.
So as per my advice if there is an emergency only then goes to this hospital otherwise please take him/her somewhere else if you seriously wants to help your patient.

The quality , service , doctors, nurse and staff all were amazing helpful and friendly specially would like to mention two nurses akansha and swati who attended us like with utmost care and advise. 5 ⭐️ no doubt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. This is our family “Go To” hospital here. This is one hospital for all kind of medical solutions and has the best and very famous doctors in all domain.
My dad has undergone for multiple surgeries here . All the doctors, surgeons, staff and nurses are really nice, honest and supportive. The rooms are very nice and depending on budget one can have a private lounge room for patient..
The ICU’s are also technologically advanced and the person attending ICU patient has a dedicated sleeping arrangement as well.
Overall very well managed and patient care is well taken care off, everyone is humble and have always been very supportive.
Thank you to all the doctors staff and nurses who took care of my parents whenever they were here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from fever since 45 days, and discussed with many physicians. Finally, Dr.Sumit Banal has diagnosed the root cause and treated in right direction, now I'm feeling much better than earlier.
The hospital is very clean and nursing staff is very helpful and caring.
Thank you so much Doctor, now I will celebrate Family Function with my family.

Extremely qualified doctors with a human approach towards patients. Well maintained, friendly and efficient nursing and support staff. Strongly recommended for all healthcare issues .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good hospital in Gurgaon, dedicated to mostly common people. The hospital has all covered infrastructures with able and experienced doctors and supporting medical staff.
They take care of everything very quickly and delightfully. I'm impressed with stuffs and also the hospital authorities. Thank you for showing love and efforts towards the patients. There is emergency ward, as well as the surgical wards are divided into 1 floors. You can take elevator. 2 elevators are present in the back side as well as the front side. Mainly front elevators are for outdoor patients or for visitors. Back sides elevators are for internal work or stuffs. General beds are very clean and their are so many types of bed if you are going to admit there, check the lists in the query center, in the ground floor. Query center mainly handle all the appointments for outdoor patients and you can find the doctors list there. In the ground floor, there are administration office, discharge center, query center and PRO office in the front of the hospital. In the back, there are admission counter and HR office. Moreover a good hospital in reasonable expenses and the authority and the doctors are very good and caring. You will love their services

Dr deepanshu gupta is one of the best doctor in India . He is very humble ,caring, supportive and experienced , patients very carefully.
A well organized hospital with very good staff, specially nurses were very helpful, friendly and caring. The treatment is excellent, the attention very satisfactory and cost effective.
. We are very thankful to yu And the entire team of the hospital.Each and every staff like nurses housekeeping etc .
For Kidney stone I would definitely recommend everyone to visit rbs hospital without thinking twice.
