RCED came into existence during 1995 and is committed to promote Entrepreneurship, in the States of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Delhi and Union Territory of Chandigarh, by motivating and training unemployed, under employed youth.
