★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for pest control service providers for bed bugs on google and this company happened to get my query and they called me .To begin with, all all the good reviews on this page are from owners. This company is a complete flop. The owner or the spokesperson Hemant Gujar is in desperate need of work. 1st of all they approach u upfrontly due to their poor image, unhappy clientele and obviously no work. He called me up a few days back asking if I was interested in getting a bed bug treatment done from him. He briefed me about his company saying it's a successfuly running 12 year old firm with some really prominent restaurateurs being his old clients.He explained the process and gave me a quote of 3 thousand rupees thinking I m a potential customer n saying he gives a *money back* gurantee if the bed bugs return back. It was all ok till then. I m a mother of a 2 month old baby and my priority was to get the service done form somebody who can give me the best results with the least amount of inconvenience caused to my baby. So I happened to call him again to give me contacts of his customers who were happy with his service. His tone n attitude on the phone changed in no time and blasted me saying they r a 12 year old company n their goodwill is everything n would never cheat someone for 3 thousand rupees. He kept repeating the amount time and again to me saying the amount is like a grain of salt to him and would not make a difference to his company whereas my utmost priority was the result keeping the convenience of my baby in mind and not the money.I was very turned off behavior and decided not to go ahead. To my surprise he kept calling me up endless number of times at odd hours from different numbers and pleaded me to go ahead for the service and apologized to me. In the meanwhile I got in touch with the restaurateurs he had mentioned and needless to say they were disappointed with the service and Mr. Hemant's attitude and false claims of money back. I finally got my house serviced from someone who quoted me 10k after speaking to his satisfied customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At times the product becomes ineffective, which happened some months back. They came and got it done on my request. But still it happens every now and then. Third service was done on 24th July '21. Have to wait and see the effect.
Another problem is with the timing. I want it on Saturday at 3.00 PM, but invariably the service representative is not briefed by his employers of it in spite of telling to adhere to the timings. For this reason, so many times appointment had to be cancelled.
I have double thoughts of renewing the contract
