I am just 24 and was looking to buy a property and with the help of my cousin came in contact with Prakash. He guided me through each and every step in identifying and finalizing the best property as per my requirement. He helped me into which option to look for and which one is to be left considering my requirement...( He looked into all the small details which I had skipped )
So based on all this I finalized my first home in Mumbai ( the one i had liked in all aspects ) and wanted to go ahead with it.
But due to some or the other reason I was not able to go ahead with it. I had problems with my Loans and there were pressure from the other end and out of frustration had even planned to cancel the property.
This guy Prakash Patel stood with me till the end guiding me through each and every small small steps in my Loans and other things and finally we cleared everything and now I am the proud owner of a property in Mumbai.
Thanks a lot Prakash Patel , without you this won't have been possible. After this you are the one I will be going ahead in all my future investments. Thanks to my cousin for referring you to me. 100% recommend for any , any kind of investment or suggestions.
