★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't invest in any of the projects floated by builders Anand kadam Kavita Kadam vaishali savalkar by co.name Reallince Constructions RCL HOMES, Realliance Building, liberty horizon in karjar Dist Raigad Maharashtra. Thousands of investors have been duped by lakhs of rupees. The above builders are really frauds in real sense.
Investors are hereby warned not to invest in any of above the projects

Changing their office frequently without informing customers. Talking roudly to customers is their expertise. Once customers pay them. .They ignore them smartly. For these purpose they kept two ladies named Vaishali & Minal. If u have enough time then these bloody utilise ur time to run behind them.. They have misplaced my Registered agreement and since one year have not been co-operative to get this from the registrar as it is their mistake entirely. Pathetic office at Haware Fantasia, Vashi. No representative in the office and original investor documents just lying open on the floor of the office. The office is shared by some Karjat resort booking people and many times there is no one in the office. Please DO NOT INVEST in any project from this builder, They have cases in MAHARera against them
