★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had paid the brokerage amount of Rs. 9000 for the flat in March 2020, and due to covid lockdown could not shift to the flat. I asked for the refund of the amount as I am not able to shift to the new flat, they kept saying that they will return. it has been 22 months and i haven't got my money back yet. My advice is do not pay them in advance, always pay when you receive the rental agreement. I had a very bad experience with them.
