Realistic Real Estate Distributor has not yet paid the Credit Note issued by them The story is like this: I was introduced with ASF Insignia –Isle de Royale Residence project by RITESH ,one of the authorize representative with Realistic Real Estate Distributor . Ritesh had assured me to give back CREDIT NOTE of 3.0% of the flat Basic Sale price of Rs. 6300/Sqft. He kept on promising for the written letter/credit note, next week & next week, until one day I was informed that he has left the company. Mr Anupam contacted me/followed up my pending case left by RITESH and asked me to make payments to ASF as per schedule ,which I have been honoring till date. He also promised me to get Credit Note issued from Realistic Real Estate Distributor. Considering the repute of Realistic Real Estate Distributor company (with no cheating records so far) I continued with Realistic Real Estate Distributor even though I had enough calls from INVESTOR CLININC for the same. They promised me CREDIT NOTE up to 3% but I went with Realistic Real Estate Distributor just on good faith. I also spoke to Mr Pradeep Singh ,Team Manager of Anupam & Ritesh ,he also promised me to issue Credit Note for pending disbursal of amount equivalent to 3% due . Finally after lot of follow up I received the CREDIT NOTE on 12 July 2013 from Mr Anupam(Realistic Real Estate Distributor Employee) with a promise of 1.5% of the flat Basic Sale price of Rs. 6300/Sqft Kindly note that I have been making payment to ASF as per the schedule/payment demands, however my payment due from Realistic Real Estate is still not paid. Whenever I asked for payment against Credit Note ,I was promised time again that sir your payment is in the process of being released but we are waiting for the payment to be released from builder-ASF Insignia.. They promised me that at any cost it will be cleared before closing of the year i.e 31 March 2014. After that I visited their office but could not meet Anupam/Mr. Pradeep Singh as they were outstation for business purpose. But their CRM promised me that payment is being released & will be paid soon. To my surprise when I called up Mr.Aunpam/Mr Pradeep Singh on 13 May 2014 .,I was informed by another employee of Realistic Real Estate Distributor that both the persons have left the company & there is no record of any Credit Note in office hence we will not make any payment. Now, I have started losing faith with Realistic Real Estate Distributor as they have not yet paid /honoured Credit Note issued by them BR//Pradeep yadav (Owner of Appartment A-703)
