Lesser rate product stock wont be available any where. It is one kind cheating the customers, Quality of the mobile is very poor and no reputation.

Within 2 months of buying display spoilt.
It's been 2 months more after I registered a complaint and still the customer service says parts aren't available. They don't provide service/replacement/refund even after their mistakes.
Ill mannered and fake promises.
Update 1: The 43 inch realme TV which my relative had bought gave the same display problem. Same experience with customer service representatives. They deserve so many bad words. No one can bear to be professional with REALME. 3rd class company.
Update 2: Same display issue AGAIN with BOTH the TVs. Customer service not helping and does not receive calls. No refund. No warranty extended. Case is pending since months.
DON'T BUY REALME! YOU WILL REGRET!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realme has the worst customer service, after having made an appointment, they never contact you, it doesn't even matter how many times you call them up its always "We have escalated the issue and you will receive a call back".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realme is selling damage smart TV through flipcart. Panel has got damage 2 times within 1 year of use. No support from customer care dept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a realme 8i mobile through realme website on 17 Jan 22. Order shipped through partner Delhivery courier service same day and reached local post code facility on 19 Jan. To date phone not delivered. Realme is using a unreliable courier service. Lodged a complaint with Realme for non-delivery of product on 22 Jan and after 7 days no action has been taken and the phone remains undelivered. Have now requested for cancellation and refund. Anyone ordering from realme think twice because they are taking shelter behind Delhivery an unreliable courier service. Plenty of negative comments on the internet about this courier.
Finally lodged a complaint with the National consumer helpline. Intervention by the national consumer helpline got the company's attention and finally the phone got delivered.
