★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever you go for service . Receiving is not good people won't care about your problem they will take it very easy of your problem. I have ordered many days ago a battery and OTG cable still it not reached to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service by the staff, when I reach out them for a faulty basic handset, they collected and run few chekups, and after verification of the handset, they logged the complaint. After that they shared their contact details, also they collected my contact details for further communication. They set a two day time limit. But they called after 1 Day and informed that the handset was fixed and ready to collect. I am satisfied with the service provided by the employees at the Lava care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go to this service center if your Realme user very bad service. They will not see the issue properly they will right away ask you to pay the money if you need the service. Please go to Nokia care service center which is beside the ram mandir street. They have seen my issue at morning and gave it evening, with free of cost.
