The lady staff was polite !
Go straight to the desk they'll ask the problem and give you paper.fill up the details and submit boom you'll get brand new product after varification.
30 min approx..
I was late but they keep on working even thou there office timing is over

And there lot many customers shouting that they making over charge that's why i contacted to realme customer care and they talked service centre owner and then service centre return my 300Rs

They are too slow for everything, asking us to be there for 1 hour just for an small replacment even though they checked everything but still gives some slip Askin to wait for an hour or more than that... They all just slow nd lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their work is really appreciable. My display was not working and they repair it within 2 hours . Staff are also very polite i dont know why people give them low rating. Infact i went to another service center of lajpat nagar they are so rude n they took 7 days but still didn't repair it then i asked them give my back my phone and come to this service centre.... Thank you so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I went to this place for the second time as my realme buds and realme watch was not working properly. Both the time I was attended in a decent way. I got a replacement for both the items. And the service is also not too bad. Just the infrastructure there is not so appealing. And do maintain a distance as room not so big and social distancing is not done properly. Working time and days has been attached below in the image.
