★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realme is a wonderful brand, all the products are lit, I am a Realme user from a long time, phone, earphones, Bluetooth neckband, TWS buds, Smart watch everything is from Realme, its very rare that Realme products have any problem but if there is any problem you can go here, guys here are so supportive and helpful, they are polite and real quick in solving your issues, for the first time when I had problem in my buds, I was shocked and when I went there they just replaced the buds immediately within no time, only 5-10 minutes were taken, they guys have super fast service.
They not only have Realme service center but also Infinix and Gionee these two brands are also served here.
When you will go here you are asked to fill a token(a piece of paper provided by center) write down your name, 2 contact numbers, email, your address with pin code, your issue and IMEI(in case of mobile devices), fill your token and go to the counter they will provide you the serial number that after how many people your turn will come, on your turn you will be assigned to one of there executives, who will ask your issue and in order to solve the problem they will submit your device and provide you a receipt and ask you to wait for some time, usually the wait time is not more than 45 minutes.
When your issue is solved they will ask for the receipt they provided at the time of depositing the device, they will give your device and provide you the receipt of the job done with your signature on it, they will further ask for the CODE (OTP) from your phone, so it is advised that please provide the phone number which is available with you.
This was the whole process you have to go through when you will go here at Realme service center.

@Carry you bill as well as the box for the product else they will ask you to come next time with box.
@In case of mobile phone damage by water, you have to pay around 130-150 to take back your device if you don't want it to be repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre is in sigra . If you come for mobile repairment then you have to take token first and then you have to wait for your turn . The staff behaviour is good and repairment is good . The repairing cost is high than local shop

It's behind Jio store.. Google maps might be confusing.
Staff is co-operative and tries to give good suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there because my device's charging port was damaged and He opened my phone my phone disassembled the charging port goes in a room and then comes back with same charging port which he disassembled from my phone and assembled it and closed my phone and said that the bill is worth ₹413 I gave him money and asked for bill he said if I take the bill the price will raise to ₹813 I said that I want the bill He returned the ₹413 I gave him and told me to go. They are scammers beware if you go there check everything My device was Realme C3 outside the warranty period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service timing is too late they took your whole day for the servicing of phone, charger earphones or airpods. You have to wait for at least 3 - 4 hours to get your token number and when you get your token number then they hold the customer for 3 - 5 hours to see your phone, earphone or airpods or charger and then they will submit your phone, charger, earphone or airpods for 5 - 6 hours for servicing and after that they will hold their customer for near about 3 - 4 hours for delivering the phone, charger, earphone or airpods. If you don't want to waste your whole day then you should go to the service center before 10 am then you will get your gadget at near about 4 - 5 pm
