★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used my phone for their personal purpose. Be aware about giving your phone to them. I have the proof but Realme itself not taking any action.
If you receive OTP for customer feedback, just tell them the OTP but do not give your phone to them.
Your device will be useless then.

They are not professional at all. They connected my phone to their own wifi and did some personal activity of their own.
I have the proof but Realme itself not taking any action.
Be aware of giving your phone to them.
