★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no realme authorized service center located here actually. I have visited there today but this is a normal mobile repairing shop. So, I had to return back from there. Do not waste your time to go there and feel disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all it is hard to find at first sight. It is situated on the 2nd floor of The Building Named '2'. The place is tiny and crowded. One of the fan is not working there also, you'll be sweaty in that little place without proper ventillation. The service is quite good but you'll not get any replacement of accessories at a first place, your item will be repaired only. Other brands like Mi, JBL, Boat, samsung give prompt replacement in case of wearables (Pods, Buds, smartwatch). So it's hasslefree process. But in case of Realme God Save Me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are charging GST over the price mentioned including GST in Realme website. Also they asked for a service charge of Rs. 650/- where actually it should be Rs. 413/-, they need to stop this. So they provided quotation of Rs. 5690/- where it actually should be Rs. 4703/- (4290+413), asking for Rs. 987/- extra illegally.
I would not have any idea of them doing this if I would not have called Realme Customer Care and called other Realme service centers.
I put a 2 star instead of 1 star as they behaved well and tried to listen to my issue.
UPDATE:
They explained that they need to charge the EXTRA amount as their service center is not authorized and they sometimes need to outsource the repairs. So, instead of charging the extra Rs. 987/- they charged extra Rs. 467/- which I agreed to. So I had to pay total Rs. 5170/- (4290+413+467) instead of the actual expense amount Rs. 4703/-
Though they mentioned total amount charged in the bill (Rs. 5170/-), but after several requests also they STRICTLY declined to mention the breakups in the bill.
I am updating my rating to 3 star as they tried to handle the situation professionally enough and do good work in terms of repair, but still unprofessionalism remains at the root which is not being able to transparent enough about what they are charging.
