★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for my Realme phone issue and this people are charging 120 RS for checking the issue of phone. Even it's in warranty.. Don't go if you don't want to pay in warranty. Also very difficult to find out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically i am going there to repair my headphones but they didn't respond and just said we can't do anything headphone are physically damaged...realme service centre is in the bottom floor and not easy to find out.. there office is to small. No wheel chair accessible entrance.. whole building is mobile repair shop redmi service centre also there

They didn't speak and gave elaborated explanation for your problems but you may get your warranty claims fixed at ease.
Just whenever you visit make sure keep photo proof with you whatever you do for documentation in case they may trick you.
I visited for realme 5 pro issues they completely disassembled my phone to check issue and they found some water so they said you can't claim free warranty repair you have to pay,so i asked them to return my device as it is. After 30min they gave me my device but then i asked for job sheet or bill as a proof that you diassembled my device they simply ignore and rudely replied,asked to 120rs just for a bill which is totally nusiance.
And I have to leave center with no choice.
Please gather proofs before hand over.
