★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 bhk flat at Maya Complex.
Good side :
1. Very much budget friendly , Top Location , very easyTransportation and design of flats , regular maintenance from Realtech and a well society with gated and strong secured community.
2. Cooperation of sales department specially Mr. Shubhankar Neigel. If he would not help , then we could not get a full facilitated flat.
Bad side :
Please improve on communication between customer and operational team. Please decrease the communication gap sometimes happened .
But besides this overall it's a good and happy buying. They fulfilled my long time dream in such a pocket friendly budget with a such good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have recently brought a 3bhk flat at Curiocity, a Realtech Project. The architecture is based on gothic style. It was quite innovative to bring in antique style to modern infrastructure. Its spacious and well- built. All the staffs are well informed and professional. They cooperated with us at every step and helped us clear all doubts providing every single details. Their services are too good and there is no glitch anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are very friendly and very helpful. This company is providing cost effective housing solution primarily across east Kolkata for all. Numerous projects are in-line. Sales persons in this company are 24X7 in service for existing and prospective customers. Its my pleasure to mention about Sarwan Jha for his excellent service in my case. Yet to experience their post selling services while while living in Rajotto which should happen after Dec, 2022. Also, I have kept my expectations as much about the space and build qualities for my flat as much I have paid for it. Good wishes to Realtech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were seeking for a budget property in Rajarhat-NewTown, after visiting several properties we came in contact with Realtech Group (Mr. Souvik Paul), to be very honest after seeing their contemporary elevation, property location, various pricing options and on the top of all friendly behaviour we have decided to buy our dream nest on the same day.
I believe no one would like to invite their guests to a box (so called flats), their designs will never let you feel like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased flats on ‘Teen Satti’ property of Realtech Nirman and I am extremely happy with the way their sales representatives handled the overall process. Being Non-Resident, it is difficult at times to validate a property and blindly trust someone, but Nasiruddin Choudhury made the process very transparent and simple. Since the project is under construction, he provided me with the right contacts and timely updates on each phase of the project. I am hopeful that my apartment will be ready and handed over to me in a timely manner. I would recommend Realtech properties, as they are budget friendly and solid.

Though the project has not started yet (will start soon) but I have seen their design and building quality very good as I had taken another one flat from them in Maya. The representatives are very very polite and understanding. I am happy with their services.
