★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest service ever. 12 days gone and package not yet delivered. When I call them, they say that their trucks are overloaded and will try to deliver the next day.
Why do they take this many packages if they can't deliver on time. Greedy, cheap, poor company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. Courier sent from Gurgaon to Noida is still in transit after 10 days.
My previous experience with them was also bad.
None of their numbers online work. Finally a contact of there noida office got through who kept delaying the information needed for 3 days and then finally put my number in the ignore list who that I couldn't call them only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with red express has been the worst in my life till date. No where near promised delivery date and pathetic customer support. My three shipment with way bill no. 12832051,12832182, 11465781 are lying at mahipalpur MDC since 24th january morning despite of the fact that they were collected same day from seller. shipment has been with red express for last 10 days and everytime i call the toll free no. i get these nonsense repeated answers :
1. sir please wait for today shipment will be delivered tomorrow.
2. we have dropped a mail at mahipalpur MDC.
3. Nobody is picking call at mahipalpur MDC.
4. we are finding where the package is and will deliver at earliest.
Above are the foolish replies that i am getting since last six days from customer support but nothing gets delivered the next day and same promises made again.
If this is the way you handle your work then you dont have the infrastructure to handle e-commerce deliveries and hence try to take work in your limits. Just tell me how you people should be penalised for spoiling someone's shopping experience and expectations. I feel frustrated and disgusted from such unprofessional like you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST Courier Service of the world, 15 days and could not deliver Item from Delhi to Bangalore, Customer Support is also worst, can not give any answer. bunch of jokers sitting and managing. It looks they have only BAILGADIs which are being used for transportation and that to one for all four directions, once goes, nothing moves until they comes back.
I wish it closes down faster so at least people don't suffer

Customer care support is pain. Mahipalpur problem persisted even after 1 week.
10 days have passed, no information of delay, no message about delay and expected delivery date.
Worst ever experience of online shopping. All craze of intended good faded..
