Sales manager Punnet Arora : he is certainly the best guy doing his job. Solved all the issues at ease, wonderful hospitality
Front Desk - Amar Kabra : Very humble, he knows his job, great management and hospitality experienced.
Food - managed by Mithilesh Kumar : oh boy ! He manages the food / buffet, certainly it will be best food served in Alwar
The property has swimming pool ( 4 ft )
It has a meeting hall - (30-35 pax)
Banquet hall - (125 pax)
*Bar is highlight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent property at a very good location. It's on the main road and all othe tourist attractions are easily accessible.
They even made provision for me to charge my TATA Nexon EV car which made my stay completely awesome here! I had requested them for EV car charging in advance before booking.

Such incorporative staff.
Reception person is not behaved well.
Even after paying such decent amount by the name of #lemontreehotels chain.
But it’s unworthy.
Feels like staying in some bus stand lodge.
Such small rooms with no amenities.just the bed and tv.
Even when I asked for a room change they replied in unmannered way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An average hotel. Nothing much to boast around except the food. Food is good. Rooms does not have a deluxe feeling. It looked like as if its a normal room. I have seen better hotels in red fox chain but it is not matching the feel of others at all.
Experience was fine. But its an average hotel not a premium one

Staff was polite and well behaved the food served at room was average but the breakfast which was buffet was very tasty and had a nice variety and well served. I really liked the stay here.
We booked directly and it cost us 3500 with breakfast but in Make My Trip it was showing 3500 without breakfast. So, got a good deal.
Suggestions for travelers
Kindly check the rooms if they are family suites because family suites have a common door between two rooms, we were couples and we didn't notice the door earlier but later we realized as the man staying the next was very loud and clear to us which was very annoying, so we complained and later it resolved by the staff but we couldn't change the room bcoz the hotel was full.
So, depending on the price everything was nice but it would be best if the prices would be little less this is what I feel according to places I have visited.
