★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience and it was very bad, I shown them the dummy mug kept over there and told them to replace the text for me.
But when the product delivered it was totally different to that dummy mug. They used simple font (Very disappointing), In fact they didn't even used some special fonts to improvise it.
At last they just said sorry and there were no option for me to just accept the mug because it was already printed.
A local shop can give better product than this and that too in very lower price.
Suggestion - Please show the image to client before print that to the product.
